Shipping & Returns

Every hank is handmade in small batches. Here's how shipping and returns work at Renegade Provisions Co.

Order Fulfillment

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. During heavy launch weeks, drops, and holiday season, please allow up to 3-5 business days for fulfillment. If something on your order is delayed, we'll email you directly.

Shipping Methods & Cost

  • Free standard shipping on US orders $75+
  • Standard shipping under $75: flat-rate calculated at checkout
  • Expedited and priority options available at checkout
  • We ship via USPS and UPS depending on order weight and destination

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves the shop. If you didn't get one within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us at chris@renegadeprovisionsco.com.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International expansion is on the roadmap — sign up for the newsletter to hear about it first.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every hank. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.

  • 30-day window: returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Condition: unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Defects or shipping damage: covered 100% — we'll send a replacement or refund, your call
  • Blemished / clearance items: final sale, no returns (price reflects the small flaw)
  • Custom and collab pieces: non-returnable unless defective

How to Start a Return

Email chris@renegadeprovisionsco.com with your order number and what you'd like to do — return, exchange, or replacement. We'll send instructions and a return label if applicable. Refunds post to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email us — we'll work with the carrier to file a claim. Renegade Provisions Co. is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier, but we'll always help you chase it down.
