Refund policy
We want you to love what you carry. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, email us at chris@renegadeedc.com with your order number and reason for the return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exceptions
The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:
- Blemished / Clearance items — all sales are final
- Gift cards — non-refundable
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chris@renegadeedc.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no hassle.
